“Smoke N Fire had no luck at Rangiora but I’ve stepped her work up and her work has been good.”
Race 7: CROFT BAY (3, Samantha Ottley), mob. 1950m: “Tough field as there are tough conditions of the race so he will need luck.”
Race 8: KOWHAI MONARCH (8, Samantha Ottley), UR 1, 20m, 2600m std: “Racing good but this is a massive step up from circuit racing. His manners have been good and he will be a show again despite being a harder race.”
