Race 8: SAVEAPATROL (9, Blair Orange), mob. 2200m: “He trialled up very good there in his first Alexandra Park run last Saturday. He lugged in a bit on the home turn first-up right-handed but finished strong (leaders last 800m in 55.9s) and will be better for the run. As long as he goes good, we’ll look at the Auckland Cup.”
