Race 5: TWICE THE DELIGHT (5, Mark), mob. 1950m: “Nice filly in the making but is still learning. This is a massive step up so will be interested to see how she competes.”
Race 8: JOHNNY FOX (5, Blair Orange), mob. 1950m: “He’s fresh-up after having a few issues. I would be excited if he finished in the top five at this stage.”
Race 9: EASTBURN MARA (1, Mark), 2600m std: “Good effort last week. The stand start is a concern but a chance if he gets away with them.”

Master Lavros, ran fourth last year to Boizel and returns to Kaikoura for another crack at the $25,000 Calvglass Imports Limited FFA Trot on Monday.
Race 7: MASTER LAVROS (5, Mark), 2400m std: “Still not 100 percent happy with him but this is a good race for him. If he steps, he’s a winning hope.”
Race 10: FAIR DINKUM BROMAC (12, Kimberly Butt), mob. 1900m: “Drawn bad but won here last year. If he gets a cart into the race is a chance.”
